Post 18 pathways
At 18 students may choose to enter Higher Education (please see useful links and names below) or students may seek an apprenticeship or enter a FE college (see the other sections of the Redborne website for more information) or enter employment or self-employment (please see the section below).
The Unifrog site, for which Redborne has a licence, is an excellent ‘all in one place’ resource for our students to use. Each student has their own log-in.

Entering Employment
A large number of employers offer school leaver programmes which may be Higher Level Apprenticeships but not necessarily. Students will find Unifrog a very useful source of information and Student Ladder at https://www.studentladder.co.uk/
A large number of employment sectors have professional institutes/associations which often offer industry specific qualifications as well as advice on entering the sector and, sometimes, vacancy search tools.
